QD at a year.

One of the things I really miss is getting to see QD grow up. She is a spitfire. I got to see her father, Sirius grow up, and really enjoyed that. Plus, he bites really hard, so that is even more better. The state of dog sports has always been sort of shaky numbers wise. I am not sure why there isn't a bigger push to show off the sports here in the USA. Because of this, I know a lot of really nice dogs who should be getting viewed in sports are just going off to the black hole of pet homes. Pet homes are not the issue, so don't take the "blackhole" part personally if you are a pet home. The dogs for the most part live really good lives. As a breeder, I really want to see my dogs in working homes, but because of the trend to want an "import" which I don't blame anyone for, overseas breeders get to see their breedings going out and competing which is something most breeders here do not get to see much of. So, this ramble started off as me voicing my sadness of not getting to see QD grow up and work and has become something more about dog sports and their incredible lack of growth.
